Creator Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to the original videos, audio, and materials you upload to DusDus. By uploading, you grant DusDus a non-exclusive license to display, broadcast, and feature your video within the platform and promotional channels.

Contest Rules & Disqualification

Contest participants must abide by specific challenge criteria. DusDus reserves the right to disqualify any entry found engaging in fraudulent voting, harassment, or copyright infringement.

Limitation of Liability

DusDus and Industrial Development Communications Limited provide the service on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
